Chop the beans into pieces.

Peel the carrot skin & chop into small pieces

Finely chop the green chili.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add carom seeds.

Immediately add green beans, carrots and peas, cook until tender.
Peas - Frozen

Add vermicelli and 1/2 cup water; stir until the water is absorbed.
Cut into small pieces

Add yogurt, salt, turmeric and chopped green chilli.

Continue stirring for 1 minute. Cover and cook for 1 minute more.
