How to make vegetable pulao recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. Wash rice by rubbing between hands
3. Peel the carrot skin & cut into small pieces. Peel the potato skin & cut into small cubes. Finely chop the beans.
4. Heat oil or ghee in a thick-bottomed pan over medium fire.
5. Add cumin and clove.
6. Add rice and cook until grains are translucent.
7. When rice is half- cooked, Add the potato, carrots, french beans, nuts and raisins.
8. Stir for a minute; the add salt and turmeric.
9. Add 1 1/2 cups water and cover.
10. Cover and cook over a slow fire until rice is tender.
11. When rice is cooked, add boiled peas and mix well.
12. Serve hot with raita.
