How to make tangy paneer recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. Finely chop the garlic cloves.
3. Chop the onion and ginger into small pieces.
4. Chop the spring onion and green chillies finely.
5. Cut the paneer into small squares.
6. In a saucepan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Let it splutter.
7. Add chopped onions, green chillies, garlic and ginger. Saute until it turns pale in colour.
8. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and curry powder. Mix everything well.
9. Add the paneer squares and gently stir to coat them evenly.
10. Pour in the tomato ketchup and mix well.
11. To this add water and salt to taste. Gently stir.
12. Then add lemon juice and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
13. Finally, add the butter & let it simmer. Serve hot & Enjoy!
