How to make tandoori broccoli and cauliflower kebab recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into large florets.
3. Bring the water to boil in a medium pot. Add plenty of salt. Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets for blanching.
4. Then turn off heat and drain the broccoli and cauliflower in the colander.
5. Put the broccoli and cauliflower in a bowl filled with water and ice cubes, then drain.
6. Pat dry with a towel. Make sure the vegetables are completely dry.
7. In the meantime, cut the onion and tomato into large pieces.
8. To prepare the marinade, take a large bowl combine together yogurt, gram flour, paprika, garam masala & coriander powder.
9. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and vegetable oil.
10. Whisk all marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, tomato and onion pieces to the marinade.
11. Mix gently so the marinade coats all the vegetables
12. Skewer the tomato, broccoli, onion, cauliflower. Repeat the process for the remaining skewer.
13. Place on grill and cook for about one minute or until one side of the vegetables is slightly charred.
14. Then turn and cook until vegetables are cooked through and slightly charred, about 2 - 3 minutes.
15. Serve warm.
