    Peel the potato skin& cut into small cubes

    Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.

    Boil carrots, cauliflower florets, peas, french beans and potato until tender.Strain the excess water.

    Pre-heat oven to 200C.

    Cut a thin slice from the tops of the tomato and pepper and set a side.Remove the pulp, pith and seeds.

    Mix together 1 cup boiled and chopped vegetables -french beans, carrots, potatoes, cauliflower and peas. Add ginger paste, chaat masala and coriander. Add salt to taste

    Use this mixture to stuff the tomato and pepper.

    To prepare the baking pan, grease tin with oil.
