How to make stuffed tomatoes & bell peppers recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. Peel the potato skin& cut into small cubes
3. Peel the carrot skin & cut into small cubes
4. Finely chop the french beans
5. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
6. Boil carrots, cauliflower florets, peas, french beans and potato until tender.Strain the excess water.
7. Pre-heat oven to 200C.
8. Cut a thin slice from the tops of the tomato and pepper and set a side.Remove the pulp, pith and seeds.
9. Mix together 1 cup boiled and chopped vegetables -french beans, carrots, potatoes, cauliflower and peas. Add ginger paste, chaat masala and coriander. Add salt to taste
10. Use this mixture to stuff the tomato and pepper.
11. To prepare the baking pan, grease tin with oil.
12. Arrange stuffed tomato and pepper in the greased baking pan.
13. Bake in a hot oven for 7 minutes.
14. Serve hot with bread.
