How to make SPINACH RICE RECIPE recipe

1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.

2. Take a large bowl & add rice. Rise 2 -3 times in a running water & keep it aside.

3. Finely chop the spinach.

4. Finely shop the onion.

5. Crush the garlic & keep it aside.

6. Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan.

7. Add cumin, onion and garlic. Fry until golden brown.

8. Add rice, fry until the grains become translucent

9. Add water, spinach, salt and turmeric.

10. Cook over a slow fire until the water has been absorbed. Add water if the rice still isn't tender.

11. Serve hot.
