How to make spiced cauliflower recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. Chop the cauliflower & keep it aside.
3. Chop the tomatoes.
4. Cut the potatoes in small cubes.
5. Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan over medium heat
6. Add cumin seeds
7. When they crackle, add potatoes and cook partially
8. Add cauliflower, punjabi masala, coriander powder and pinch of turmeric powder.
9. Mix well and stir gently time to time. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender
10. When vegetables are tender, add tomatoes & mix them well.
11. Add peas and salt to taste. Cook for 3 more minutes
12. Serve hot
