SEAFOOD PAELLA RECIPE

How to make seafood paella recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirements. We recommend you set before you start cooking.
2. To soak the rice, take rice in a large mixing bowl & add salt.
3. Pour water & soak the rice for 30 minutes.
4. To prepare for seafood paella, cut the onions into rings.
5. Clean the squid & cut into rings.
6. Cut through prawn shells along the top of the back with a small, sharp knife.
7. Cut a shallow slit along the back of each prawn through the opening and lift out vein with the tip of the knife. Wash & keep aside.
8. Heat the oil in a heavy bottom pan then add sliced onion rings & finely chopped garlic. Saute for 2 - 3 minutes or until it turns translucent.
9. Add finely chopped red & green capsicums & green peas. Stir them frequently.
10. Add squids, prawns & sprinkle salt on the top.
11. Add water & bring to boil. Cover & cook for 5 -10 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
12. Reduce the heat & add washed rice.
13. Cover with lid & let it simmer for 10 -15 minutes or until the rice is cooked. Check occasionally.
14. Finally, add saffron strands on the top & cover. Cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.
15. Mix well & spread the rice out evenly in the pan.
16. Serve hot.
