RAVA DOSA RECIPE - Combine Semolina flour, Rice flour, All purpose flour and the Water mentioned to make thin batter. Make sure no lumps are formed.

RAVA DOSA RECIPE - Heat ghee in a pan and fry Mustard seeds and Black peppercorns lightly. Pour it to the batter and stir well.
RAVA DOSA RECIPE - Heat a Flat pan / Tawa. Grease it lightly with vegetable oil and wipe with a wet cloth so that the Flat pan / Tawa is at the right temperature.
