Cut the paneer and capsicum into desired cut

For the marinade, in a blender or food processor, add yogurt, mint, coriander and salt.

Then add fenugreek leaves, ginger paste, garlic paste and chaat masala powder. Blend this.

In a Large Bowl, add chopped capsicum, tomato and paneer.

Pour in the pudina marinade and carefully fold the vegetables. Set this aside for two hours.
