How to make POTATO & PINEAPPLE RAITA RECIPE recipe
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. Peel and cut potato into cubes. Boil until tender and drain all the water using a strainer.
3. In a bowl, whip yogurt.
4. Add the potato, pineapple, chaat masala and salt to taste to the whipped yogurt.
5. Allow to chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
6. Serve cold.
