How to make muthi kabab recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under " Change Serving". We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. For the sauce. Blend tomatoes in food processor/blender and make puree.
3. Heat oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seeds, add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and salt. Let it cook on medium heat to make a thick gravy.
4. To prepare the kabab, grind mutton cubes in a food processor to make a mince along with onion, fresh coriander leaves, garam masala, cumin powder and red chili powder.
5. Add ginger & garlic paste, salt and green chili. Grind them into a paste without adding water.
6. Make small round kabab and flatten them with your fingertips.
7. Heat oil in a pan . Deep fry kabab turning once until golden brown and cooked. Remove and set aside
8. Add the fried kabab into this gravy.
9. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
10. Now burn charcoal on the burner for 10 minutes
11. Place the burning charcoal in a small steel bowl and place it in the center of the pan with the kabab. Cover and let the dish absorb the smoke. This helps to give a smoky flavour.
12. Finally add chopped coriander. and mix well.
13. In a bowl, whip yogurt. Add salt and mint leaves. Mix well.
14. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with yogurt dip.
