To marinage the chicken, take a mixing bowl & combine together yogurt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, yellow food color.

Add lemon juice, olive oil & mix them well into a smooth paste.

In the mixture, marinate the chicken breast for three hours.

To prepare the salad, peel the mango skin & cut into small cubes.

Toss lightly to combine. Salad is ready to serve.

To grill the chicken breast, heat the grill pan over the medium heat & add butter.

Once the butter is melted, place the chicken breast & grill each side for 10 - 15 minutes or until it turns golden color.
