GOBI PARATHA RECIPE - For the stuffing : In a bowl, add grated cauliflower florets, chopped coriander, salt, garam masala, turmeric and onions. Mix well.
GOBI PARATHA RECIPE - To Prepare the Paratha: Divide the dough into equal portions and make small ball shaped doughs. Flatten it by rolling.
GOBI PARATHA RECIPE - Spread the gobi mixture over the flattened paratha .
GOBI PARATHA RECIPE - Apply water along the edge to help stick the paratha that will be placed on top.
GOBI PARATHA RECIPE - Place another flattened paratha above the mixture and roll using a rolling pin along the edge to ensure it is stuck to each other.
GOBI PARATHA RECIPE - Heat a flat pan / tawa and place the paratha on it and cook on moderate heat for 2-3 minutes.
