How to make dajaj bel shairieh recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirements. We recommend you set before you start cooking.
2. Finely chop the onion, celery, coriander leaves and carrot. Keep it aside.
3. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
4. To prepare the soup, take a heavy bottom sauce pan & heat the ghee. Add vermicelli & keep sauté till it turn dark brown in color.
5. Once brown add chopped onion, celery & carrot. Mix them well.
6. Add chicken cubes, salt, chicken stock powder and white pepper powder. Mix them well.
7. Keep the flame low & sauté for 10 minutes or until the chicken turns pale in color.
8. Add water & bring to boil by covering the lid. Once the water startes to boil, reduce the flame & cook for around 30 minutes or until the vegetables & chicken is cooked.
9. After all the ingredients are cooked, add lime juice & chopped coriander leaves. Remove from the flame & mix them well
10. Serve hot.
