How to make CHILLI SALMON WITH MANGO SALSA recipe

1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirements. We recommend you set before you start cooking.

2. Take the salmon fish fillet & cut into half.

3. To marinate the fish, take a mixing bowl & combine together brown sugar, black pepper powder, garlic powder, chilli powder and salt.

4. Add lemon juice & mix them well into a smooth paste.

5. Apply the paste on the fish fillets. Marinate the fish for three hours.

6. To prepare the salad, peel the mango skin & cut into small cubes.

7. Chop the pineapple, onion, jalapeno & coriander leaves into small pieces.

8. In a large mixing bowl, combine together chopped pineapple, onion, mango, jalapeno & coriander leaves

9. Add salt & lime juice. Toss them well.

10. Salad is ready to serve.

11. In a large pan, melt butter over medium high heat.

12. Once the butter is melted, add marinated fish fillets & fry about 5 - 7 minutes per side or until it turns golden color.

13. Plate the salmon and then top with the mango salsa.

14. Serve immediately.
