How to make chicken strips recipe?

1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirements. We recommend you set before you start cooking.

2. Take the chicken breast & cut into a long pieces.

3. If you cannot buy buttermilk - this step will show to how to make it at home with milk & lemon: To make the buttermilk, take a milk in a bowl & add lemon juice. Keep it aside for 5 minutes until it turns to buttermilk.

4. For the chicken marinade: In a bowl combine together sliced chicken, buttermilk, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper powder, paprika.

5. Add oregano, salt & mix well.

6. In 3 small separate bowls, take flour in one, whisked egg in another & breadcrumbs in the last. Dust the marinated chicken in the flour to coat thoroughly, tapping away any excess.

7. Then dip them into the beaten egg, followed by the breadcrumbs.

8. Heat the oil in the pan & deep fried the chicken for 3 - 4 minutes or until it turns golden brown color.

9. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
