How to make chef's special fried rice recipe?

1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirements. We recommend you set before you start cooking.

2. Wash the rice in running water for 3 - 4 times or until the water runs clear.

3. Boil the water In a heavy bottomed pan & add salt.

4. Add washed rice & bring to the boil. Cover & cook for 5 - 10 minutes or until the rice is cooked.

5. Drain the excess water from the cooked rice.

6. Take a heavy wok & heat the oil. Add beaten egg & scramble.

7. Add blanched prawns & chicken. Saute for 4 - 5 minutes or until chicken turns pale in color & is cooked.

8. Transfer the cooked rice into the wok & combine together chicken stock powder, white pepper powder, salt, hondasi powder, kikkoman soya & sesame oil.

9. Add chopped broccoli, red capsicum & spring onion.

10. Toss them for 2 - 3 minutes or until all the ingredients are combined well.

11. Serve hot.
