    Mix chappati flour, oil and salt in a bowl.

    Whole wheat flour

    1 Cup

    Vegetable Oil

    1 teaspoon

    Salt

    1 pinch

    Gradually add water to form a soft dough; knead for 2 minutes.

    Divide into 4 to 5 portions and roll into smooth balls.

    Dust a clean surface with a little flour. Put each ball on the surface, flatten it and then use a rolling pin to form 10 cm circles of even thickness - ideally 1-2 mm.

    Place in a flat, non-stick pan and cook on each side until light-brown spots appear.

    Remove from pan, brush lightly with butter or ghee
