How to make cauliflower and potatoes recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under " Change Serving". We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. Peel the potato skin and cut into cubes.
3. Discard the caulifower stem and cut the florets.
4. Put the chopped vegetables in the salted water to clean.
5. Remove the ginger skin and cut into small pieces.
6. Crush the black cardamom into powder & keep it aside.
7. Heat oil in the heavy bottom pan, add cumin seeds, black cardamom powder and turmeric powder.
8. Add chopped vegetables, salt and ginger. Mix well cover and cook for 5 - 6 minutes or untill vegetables are done.
9. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, mango powder & saute well.
10. Stir & cook well for another few minutes & garnish with corriander leaves (optional).
