How to make bhuna tikka paneer recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. Cut the paneer into small cubes.
3. Cut the capsicum into the desired shape.
4. In a large bowl, take gram flour and add cheddar cheese, yogurt, fresh cream and red chilli powder.
5. Then, add garam masala, dry fenugreek leaves, black pepper ground, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt.
6. Mix all the ingredients well.
7. Add the paneer cubes and fold carefully to coat them.
8. Finally, add oil and fold again. Set this aside.
9. Thread the capsicum and paneer onto skewers alternately.
10. Oil the preheated grill pan.
11. Cook the paneer for 3 mins each on both sides.
12. Serve warm.
