How to make bell pepper with corn recipe?

1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.

2. Cut the capsicum into small pieces & discard the seeds.

3. Finely chop the tomato.

4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

5. Add cumin seeds. When they begin to splutter, immediately add potato, bell pepper, tomato and corn

6. Add punjabi masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt to taste.

7. Add peas and mix well .

8. Cover and cook over a slow fire until tender. stirring occasionally but gently, so as not to break the vegetables.

9. Serve hot.
