APPLE & AVOCADO SANDWICH (LC14207): This is a quick & healthy sandwich to make filled with avocado & sprouts.
The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.

Trim the corner of bread slices.

Remove the avocado skin and thinly slice the pulp.
Step 3 / 9
Squeeze the lime juice on the sliced avocado to prevent from black color.

Grate the green apple & keep aside.

In a small serving bowl combine together grated green apple,breakfast cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Spread the mixture on the bread slice place the second slice on top and cover it.
Step 7 / 9
Now spread the sliced avocado, sliced lettuce, sprouts and sprinkle little salt and pepper.
