How to make aloo tikka recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. In a bowl, add oil to the boiled baby potatoes. Toss it well.
3. Add in ajwain, red chili powder, salt, chaat masala powder, garlic paste and ginger paste.
4. Also, add garam masala powder and gram flour.
5. Mix all the ingredients well.
6. Thread about 4-5 baby potatoes onto each skewer.
7. Grill the kebabs for 4 to 5 minutes each side or until charred.
8. Serve warm.
