Preheat the oven to 160° / 320℉.

To make the cake: In a large bowl, take all purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Mix all the dry ingredients well using a wire whisk.

In a separate bowl, crack four eggs, one at a time. Beat them together.

To the beaten egg mixture, add buttermilk, vegetable oil, warm water and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add the mixed wet ingredients to the flour mixture.

Using a hand blender, mix everything until smooth. The batter is ready for the cake.

Grease three round cake pans of 9-inch with butter. Dust the pan with cocoa powder.

Pour 3 cups of batter into each of the 3 pans. Bake at 160° / 320℉ for 25 mins.

Using a hand blender, beat the butter and cream cheese until fluffy.

Little by little add milk, vanilla extract and cocoa powder. Using a hand blender, mix this well.

Add remaining cocoa powder and sugar powder. Blend everything. The frosting should be thick.
