How to make almond moist chocolate cake recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. Preheat the oven to 160° / 320℉.
3. To make the cake: In a large bowl, take all purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4. Mix all the dry ingredients well using a wire whisk.
5. In a separate bowl, crack four eggs, one at a time. Beat them together.
6. To the beaten egg mixture, add buttermilk, vegetable oil, warm water and vanilla extract. Mix well.
7. Add the mixed wet ingredients to the flour mixture.
8. Using a hand blender, mix everything until smooth. The batter is ready for the cake.
9. Grease three round cake pans of 9-inch with butter. Dust the pan with cocoa powder.
10. Pour 3 cups of batter into each of the 3 pans. Bake at 160° / 320℉ for 25 mins.
11. Using a hand blender, beat the butter and cream cheese until fluffy.
12. Little by little add milk, vanilla extract and cocoa powder. Using a hand blender, mix this well.
13. Add remaining cocoa powder and sugar powder. Blend everything. The frosting should be thick.
14. Let the cake cool fully & spread the frosting on top of each cake and then assemble. Cover the cake with the frosting.
15. Add almond flakes on the side of the cake.
16. Serve.
