What makes our guides unique is that each one is designed to allow the user to be as exact as possible in creating the dish. We specify the exact kitchen equipment and ingredients needed to do our healthy food recipes, along with the serving size of the dish as per the amount of ingredients specified by default on the recipe. However, if you need to serve a larger number of people with the same dish, you can easily change the serving size in any of our online recipes, and we can automatically adjust the amount of ingredients needed to create the dish. 

With our online recipes, we have gone with a more traditional yet efficient approach: pictures and words. Our step-by-step instructions website are accompanied with high quality images depicting what you have to do to in order to complete the dish.

This way, users can still be aided by visual representations, without needing to manipulate the progress bar of a video to pause, un-pause, go back or move forward through a video to review a missed instruction.

However, if you feel more comfortable using a video recipe, we also have video versions of our recipes available on our website for your viewing.
