How to make SPICED BITTER GOURD RECIPE recipe

1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.

2. Peel the bitter guard skin & cut in to round pieces.

3. Remove the seeds from the bitter gourd.

4. Peel the potato skin & cut into the potato into cubes.

5. Finely chop the onion.

6. finely chop the coriander leaves.

7. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.

8. Add onions and saute until golden brown

9. Add bitter gourd and potatoes.

10. Add turmeric and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

11. Add the coconut powder and chopped coriander, mix well.

12. Cover and let simmer over a slow fire until tender, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.

13. Serve hot.
