    how many tomatoes should i take to Make 70gm puree?

      Hello Yahina,

      You will need aroud 3-4 medium sized fresh tomatoes to make 70 gms puree.

      To make tomato puree, cross cut a slit on the bottom of each tomatoes and boil until the skin starts to peel. Blend these peeled tomatoes in a blender and strain to get a thick tomato puree.
