How to make INDIAN CHICKEN AND MANGO SALAD RECIPE recipe

1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirements. We recommend you set before you start cooking.

2. To marinage the chicken, take a mixing bowl & combine together yogurt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, yellow food color.

3. Add lemon juice, olive oil & mix them well into a smooth paste.

4. In the mixture, marinate the chicken breast for three hours.

5. To prepare the salad, peel the mango skin & cut into small cubes.

6. Finely chop the red chilli into small pieces.

7. Cut the cherry tomatoes into two halves & put in the bowl.

8. Roughly chop the lettuce & add in the bowl

9. Peel the cucumber skin & cut into small cubes.

10. Chop the onion & coriander leaves into small pieces.

11. Peel the carrot skin & grate it finely. Add into the salad bowl.

12. Now add salt, chopped red chilli & lemon juice in the salad.

13. Toss lightly to combine. Salad is ready to serve.

14. To grill the chicken breast, heat the grill pan over the medium heat & add butter.

15. Once the butter is melted, place the chicken breast & grill each side for 10 - 15 minutes or until it turns golden color.

16. Remove & rest for 5 mins. Once the chicken breast is rested but not cooled fully, place it on the chopping board & cut into slices.

17. Place the sliced chicken breast on the mango salad & serve immediately.
