How to make GRILLED STUFFED SQUID RECIPE recipe

1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.

2. Roughly Chop the tomatoes into small pieces.

3. Roughly Chop the onions into small pieces.

4. Finely chop the green chillies.

5. To prepare the dip, take a small bowl combine together soy sauce, chopped green chilli, lemon juice and finely chopped onion.

6. Mix all the ingredients well & keep it aside.

7. To prepare the stuffing for the squid, combine together finely chopped onions, tomatoes, salt, black pepper powder and BBQ sauce. Mix them well.

8. Stuff the clean squid with the onion & tomato mixture.

9. Heat the grill pan & place the stuffed squid carefully.

10. Grill both the side by brushing them with the remaining stuffing. Cook for 6 - 9 minutes or until done.

11. Serve warm with the dip.
